Pastor Ray Mann is Co-Pastor of Champlain Valley Church of the Nazarene, installed on March 22, 2009, but was Interim Pastor here since August 1, 2007. Pastor Ray is a graduate of Reynolds Institute, ordained May 2002 as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Lowell (MA) in Environmental Sciences/Geology. He is bivocational, working as a software consultant in the Burlington area.

Pastor Debbie Mann is Co-Pastor at CVCOTN. She is a graduate of Nazarene Bible College with three Bachelor degrees; Christian Education, Bible and Theology and Pastoral Ministry. She was ordained in May 2002 as an Elder in the Church of the Nazarene. Pastor Debbie brings her expertise to various roles within the church, especially creative roles in both children's ministry and women's ministry.

Pastors Ray and Debbie have spent the last 20+ years in a specific ministry of starting new works or revitalizing existing churches. From 2000 to 2007, before coming to St. Albans, Pastor's Ray and Debbie ran an outreach ministry in Milton, VT..
